Getting started

Create an SSL360.io account, sign in, and open Issue Free SSL to begin. Enter your domain, choose Let’s Encrypt or ZeroSSL, then follow the on-screen validation steps.

Domain and certificate coverage

Secure a root domain, a subdomain, multiple names (SAN), or a wildcard domain. Wildcard certificates require DNS validation.

Domain validation

SSL360.io supports HTTP file validation and DNS TXT validation. The platform shows exact instructions for the method you select. Complete those steps on your hosting or DNS provider — SSL360.io does not modify your DNS automatically.

Issuing your certificate

After validation succeeds, SSL360.io requests the certificate through ACME. When issuance completes, your certificate appears in the dashboard as active and ready to download.

Downloading certificate files

Download the certificate, private key, CA bundle, full chain, or a complete package from your certificate page. Sensitive downloads require confirmation to protect your private key.

Installing on your server

Use our installation guides for Nginx, Apache, cPanel, Plesk, and other common platforms. Point your web server to the certificate and private key, then verify HTTPS in the browser.

Renewals and expiry

Monitor days remaining from your dashboard. Renew before expiry and track renewal progress in your account so HTTPS stays uninterrupted.

Revocation

If a certificate is no longer needed or may have been compromised, revoke it from your certificate page using the secure confirmation flow.

Account security

Protect your account with a strong password and enable two-factor authentication. Only authorized access to your account can view or download your certificates.
