Register an account, verify your email address, and sign in to the dashboard. From there, add your first domain and begin the validation process before submitting a certificate order.
Each domain record represents a hostname you intend to secure. Domains must be validated before certificates can be issued. You can manage multiple domains under a single account and track their status independently.
SSL360.io supports HTTP file validation, DNS TXT record validation, and manual challenge handling. The platform displays exact instructions based on the method you select and re-checks validation automatically.
Once a domain is validated, submit a certificate order through the Issue Certificate workflow. Orders are processed asynchronously via the job queue. When issuance completes, download the certificate bundle including the full chain and private key.
Renewals are scheduled based on certificate expiry dates and configurable lead times. Failed renewals trigger notifications and are retried according to system settings. Review renewal history from the Renewals section of your dashboard.
Administrators configure provider accounts, credentials, and health check intervals from the admin panel. Provider logs capture API request and response metadata for troubleshooting without exposing sensitive secrets in plain text.
Configure notification preferences for certificate expiry, validation requirements, issuance results, and renewal outcomes. Notifications are delivered via email and surfaced in the in-app notification center.
