3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Ensuring information you provide is accurate and current.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Compliance with applicable laws when requesting and deploying certificates.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use SSL360.io to:

  • Request certificates for domains you do not control or have authority to validate.
  • Interfere with platform security, availability, or other users' access.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse provider integrations beyond intended use.
  • Violate the terms of connected certificate authority providers.

5. Certificate authority services

Certificate issuance is performed by third-party providers. SSL360.io facilitates orders and management but does not guarantee provider availability, approval of certificate requests, or uninterrupted renewal processing.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, suspected abuse, non-payment where applicable, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

SSL360.io is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSL360.io shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business interruption arising from use of the platform.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
